- Compensation plan -- 20% direct sales business (sell jewelry boxes at $200, $500, $1000) -- we don't know financial situation of other people, it's not trying to get it all by yourself, it's about working with others to duplicate your efforts and increase matching bonus commissions (where you also get a percentage of your team members' sales as you help train them to build their businesses). There are 10 ways the commission structure pays you, but the most important Paul thinks is that the number 1 person in the next 4 years, everyone else in the business will earn a percentage of income -- there will be a profit-sharing opportunity to grow as the company grows...
- Paul recommends that to get to the top, to have at least 20 personal recruits who are active -- so the goal for everyone is to get at least 40 people on your teams by forwarding the Opportunity email to all your contacts, people on Facebook -- be creative thinking of who has contacts and would be able to help build down more levels of your team
- If you have 3 people who have 3, you can start earning bonus commissions, and even if you don't have a team initially you can start earning your 20% sales commission -- and you do not have to purchase a jewelry box to be able to build a team and personal sales and to get to the top
B. Corporate "Founders" call
- Jude and Frances have been on the road for 7 days, and been in business for 10 years. They want to change lives.
- Price of gold has risen from $270 to $1400 per ounce, so their designer jewelry has become less affordable -- so Bamboopink is their way of trying to make their jewelry accessible to more people
- The entire line of Bamboopink coming out in the Spring will be <$100
- Their products are being developed in the same factory where their high-end jewelry is designed, with the same quality control
- Men are more likely join the business for money as there's a compelling compensation plan; women are more likely to join because they like the community aspect and partnerships they can build -- as a company, they have devoted resources to training, and will offer people professional development opportunities; also the packaging will allow products to get delivered directly to customers within 3-5 days
C. Team call with Meredith and Hopsy
- The company has asked us to refrain from mentioning JudeFrances or to use the bamboopink logo on our Facebook sites or on blogs, since they are working on their overall Marketing
- Hopsy's tips are that you put in the work and will get what you put in -- and to encourage people to enroll now so that you'll be able to earn income
- Have fun with it -- the name is fun, and there's nothing to lose to offer the sign-up opportunity to all your friends
- As soon as someone signs up, send them a thank you note and give them info on how to log-in to their back office and begin sharing the opportunity; if possible, personalize emails with your friends
- Reply to anyone who emails you with questions, and copy them on your team emails -- and let them know that if they want to stop receiving your team emails to let you know -- but chances are they'll see the emails and want to sign up themselves!
